I am farįrom a Mac expert, but this user is very frustrated with the Sync Error constantly repeating itself.
#Uninstall box sync for mac code#
I have found only 2 or 3 posts on the 'Error Code -19999', but they really don't seem related.

To remove the user from the 'users and groups', but she is a network user, not a local user-so her name/profile does not appear in the users and groups. The day I gave it back to her, they started back up again. I sent emails to her inbox, I sent emails from her inbox, no sync errors. I had her iMac at my desk for 3 days with her signed into it and I never saw the Sync Error once. We found the original message of one of the errors in her Sent folder and deleted it, but I had her go to OWA, whereĪll of those appointments showed, so they should be backed up and should return if they were cleared with the Calendar cache, but she doesn't want to take that chance. Our Outlook is hosted on an On-Prem Exchange server. I attempted to clear cache from her Calendar, but when we did, it removed all of her current month appointments, fortunately there was a 'cancel' and it returned her appointments. I deleted her Outlook profile and recreated it, no change. We have cleared the cache from her SENT and TRASH folders, no change. The user can delete the errors and close the box, but it just comes right back. In the sync error box, every few minutes, all day. We have one in particular that has been getting a "Sync Error" pop up box for more than a month now (see screen shot below). Our organization has a handful of iMacs and I have been designated as the problem solver for them.
